Whilst we endeavour to provide comprehensive details of all the villas and apartments that we feature, nothing can ever compare with seeing the properties and the area for yourself first hand.
Whether this is the best location for a property in terms of rental/investment potential, relocation to Spain long-term, or simply a holiday home for friends & family, we understand that everyone has his or her own criteria to fulfill when buying a new property.
To ensure that these are taken into account, all of our viewing trips are packaged to suit the individual and an informal chat beforehand is invaluable in ascertaining what type of properties you are interested in not only in terms of specification but more importantly, at a price to suit your pocket!
The idea being that by the time you land in Spain, we would have a fairly good idea as to which properties & locations to cover during your trip. Furthermore, all clients will be taken around the area and shown properties on a one to one basis for the duration of your stay, ensuring that the viewing trip is both informative, unpressured and enjoyable.

What we provide

Although there is no pressure to purchase any property while on a viewing trip, we do ask that all applicants are at least interested in buying a home abroad and as such, take some form of deposit necessary to secure a property should you see one that you like .
The advised form of deposit in this situation is a banker's draught to the value of £2000, made payable to you. This way if you wish to put a deposit down on a property the banker's draught can be cashed in Spain , & if you do not for any reason you can pay it straight back into your bank account in the UK upon your return.
